Reviews
Fantastic experience! This restaurant is a must if you love food and would like to experience something exceptional!
Everything is locally gathered and made. Also the service is super friendly and very helpful.
Thank you!
Service was ok, some staff were more accommodating than others. However they didn’t ask about food restrictions or allergies as usual in these type of Michelin places which shouldn’t happen. Wine selection was very nice. Food was good, especially the duck, and correct portions for the price. The goat cheese foam with rhubarb was very tasty. Nice desserts. Venue was modern and cozy.
Vegan tasting menu. Exquisite food, following the season, using only French products. Nice presentation and at the table service techniques. The food was innovative vegetable cuisine and quite delicious. I quite liked the potato amuse bouche and the artichoke savory course. Nice and fairly priced wine selection and wine list. A few marks off the the service which was a tag discombobulated, though I would say it did not detract from the overall experience. The food is worth the detour to taste! Young michelin chef who has a lot of continued potential!
Fantastic food and even better service. We had the vegan and omnivore tasting menu. Both were delicious.
Staff were so friendly and explained all the dishes with great care.
The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing. Not very quiet but we kinda appreciate it.
Alright… let’s start with picture #1
It reminds us of the Japanese cracker Pocky. But the crispy part of this dish tasted like burned/overcook with bitter? I wasn’t if it was planned / designed ? Other than that, nothing special.
The #2 we thought it was the worst. It tasted like the sweet canned corn from Walmart. It was a bit more chewy than the canned corns so u know it wasn’t from Walmart.
#4 was the foam goat cheese . Very smooth. Very light. But… it’s very strong. Coz goat cheese itself was strong and with the foaming texture , we tried and we left it on the plate. And we hv to rinse the mouth x2 with water and the cocktail.
Other than that, we like the chicken, the skin was very crispy. The meat itself wasn’t impressive. The cucumber dish was very refreshing after the goat cheese. We appreciate that.
The chef was nice and professional.
The most sensational meal I’ve had in a long time. Chef Victor Mercier uses local ingredients in amazing ways. My cocktail was based on shiitakes; the dessert combined lemon, fennel and black olives. The end brought a wonderful sweet surprise sensation.
As a vegan, I really loved that the vegan menu was not an afterthought with items removed, but carefully crafted. Thank you!
This is definitely a Michelin Star restaurant. The food is exquisite but it's more of an experience in taste and beauty. The dishes presentation is outstanding and the service on par.
Best ending to an amazing European vacation. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time and enjoy!
A modern style, yet cosy, restaurant. I had the Omnivore menu. The food had variety of textures, each dish had its own composition, but not artificial. You could feel the overarching topic around local, meet/fish combo feel good menu. Very good service. One other highlight have been the guests, beautiful and distinct - it all created this kind of cosy atmosphere I mentioned above.
